SHIPPING & DELIVERIES POLICY

Free Shipping for orders of Rs. 9,999/- and above.
Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or postal norms.
Public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, etc., delivery may take up to two weeks after placing the order. Your patience is appreciated, and our staff will keep you informed about the status of your order.
Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Courier delivers parcels between 9am to 5pm.
When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.
KüMHAāRR is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier or postal authorities within 7 working days from the order and payment date or as per the agreed delivery date.
All orders will be delivered to the buyer's registered address as per their credit/debit card details, unless otherwise specified during the order process. we are not liable for any damage to the order during transit.
Products will be delivered to urban areas in Pakistan serviced by major courier companies. For remote or rural areas, deliveries may be made via local couriers or Pakistan Post, and these may take longer. We do not ship products outside of Pakistan.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or National Holidays.

PAYMENTS

KüMHAāRR is proud to use JazzCash, UBL Direct online payment systems for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit/debit cards are also accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

KüMHAāRR believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders shipping process have been initiated.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the our marketing team has obtained on special occasions like EID or National Holiday promotions, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you are not please with your purchase from our online store, contact us within 24 hours of product delivery at your doorstep, please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately;

if the item is defective, damaged (or)
if you have receive the wrong item

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While we hope it doesn't come to that we are here to help.

To be eligible for a return or replace, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you on status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate refund to your choice of method of payment.

SHIPPING OF REFUNDED PRODUCT

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
